Jaclyn Payne (known as Phantom) is a multidisciplinary artist with a background in design and printmaking. She is an alumnus of the Art Academy of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her work is described as “structured chaos, " often among eclectic visual elements and type. Her show “Phantasm Studios” started as a thesis capstone but has since evolved into a brand.
